Iskra Koynova
Iskra Koynova graduated from the school of Eastern philology at the St. Climent Ohridski University in Sofia, where she studied Turkish and Arabic languages. She worked as an editor for a Turkish language publication, while simultaneously finishing her degree in Journalism. Her next job was at the Bulgarian national aviators’ newspaper. Then, in October of 1989, a mysterious new position is created at the Bulgarian Airlines company – Public Relations. Iskra was selected for the job and for the next 8 years she was one of the first PR professionals working in Bulgaria.
Having set foot on all continents and accumulating emotions from over 80 countries, Iskra has authored hundreds of travel articles in leading Bulgarian publications. She will remain forever enchanted by the exoticism, beauty and aromas of Asia. She maintains that noisy and festive locations are her favorite spots to relax.
Iskra has been a member of ABUJET and FIJET for 23 years now. She was also a member of FIJET’s financial control committee for 4 consecutive years.

Maria Petkova
Maria Petkova is sociable and curious person who likes different worldviews, cultures, countries. Therefore she loves to travel and get to know them. Graduated Bulgarian language and literature at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, since then, for 24 years now, Maria is dealing with journalism. She has worked in the newspapers 168 Hours, 24 hours, Monitor, where she was responsible mainly for items related to travel, culture, psychology, lifestyle. Maria is founder, originator and chief editor of the magazines Odyssey /Ulysses/ and Pateshestvenik /Traveler/.
Milena Tsankova
Milena Tzankova - Hommenga is a Dutch artist originally from Bulgaria.She has been living and working in the Netherlands since 1992.
Milena graduated from the Sofia Academy of Art in 1986 and devoted herselfto painting and photography. Her artistic medium of expression is varied andranges from painting portraits and landscapes to computer graphics andphotography. Milena is fascinated by Nature"s colours and shapes, which shemakes the subjects of her paintings and pictures. Milena"s projects alsodeal with complex relationships in society and the relationships between manand nature.
Currently she is involved with a large scale project concerning theaftermath of the raising of the " iron curtain" that touched the fates ofmany people. As part of this project Milena published her first novel, LifeUnder the Red Star in Bulgarian, which was published by Gutenberg PublishingHouse in 2010 in Sofia.

Miroslav Ivanov
Miroslav Ivanov is the lead editor of the specialized tourist news site TravelNews.bg. He started his career at the Continent newspaper as a reporter in 1998 in the Tourism and Agriculture departments. He was then responsible for the same sectors on the economic radio show "Portfolio" on "Darik Radio" since its launch in 1999. He worked for the "Dnevnik" newspaper since its inception in 2001. In 2007 he was one of the creators of the "Events" department in "Economedia" AD (the group of "Capital" and "Dnevnik"), which organizes business conferences.Natalia Boyadzhieva
Natalia Boyadzhieva was born on April 15, 1960 in Varna. She graduated in Bulgarian and Russian Philology at the Konstantin Preslavski University of Shumen. She has worked as a teacher of Bulgarian language and literature in her hometown. Since 1990 she is a freelance journalist and a member of the Union of Bulgarian Journalists.
Plamen Starev
Plamen Starev is SG of ABUJET. He is a member of FIJET more than 20 years. He is a Chairman of the prestigious International Committee for the Golden Apple Award.
Plamen is an author of more than 3,000 publications in Bulgarian and foreign media.
In 2012 he is a winner of the prestigious award „Marco Polo" for the publication of a tourist topic.

Sava Chapanov
Sava Chapanov is a Bulgarian freelance photographer and traveler. His photographs appear on the pages of TANK magazine (UK), GEO (BG), Lideres mexicanos (Mex), El conocedor (Mex), Gastrotour (Mex), www.dnevnik.bg, EVA (BG), Cherga BG, etc.. Sava’s photos have participated in several exhibitions and brought him prizes in various contests. Member of UBJ (Union of Bulgarian Journalists), FIJET and ABUJET, photography instructor in Ivailo Stoyanov’s “School for contemporary photography”.

Vanya Vasileva
Assoc. Prof. Vanya Vasileva PhD teaches various disciplines in the field of tourism and geography at Konstantin Preslavsky University of Shumen. She is the author of over 80 scientific publications in the field of tourism. The most popular of the published books and textbooks are Natural tourist resources of Bulgaria, Anthropogenic tourist resources of Bulgaria and others.
