Ludmila Marthaler Slavova is a journalist and translator from English and German language which lives and works from many years in Switzerland, Bern.

She is a graduated  Master in  journalism  at the Kliment Ohridski Uiversity in Sofia. Before she went to  Switzerland, she worked as a journalist and translator in several bulgarian print media , She was the first English editior of the Almanach" Apropos" in the House of Humour and Satire, Gabrovo.

In Switzerland where she lives and works , she is a producer and author of the radio programm  "Balgarski Tschass", The bulgarian hour. The programm is broadcasted from Radio Bern Rabe. Balgarski Tschass is the only media in bulgarian language in Switzerland .

Ludmila Marthaler  is  author of a children book .She made several translations for  swiss- bulgarian cultural projects and books. She took also part in some projects of  ABUJET.

Ludmila Marthaler is a member of the International Federation of Journalism, member of Syndicom, Switzerland, member  of  the Bulgarian Journalists Union and of ABUJET.
