This is the title of the latest book by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vanya Vasileva, a lecturer at Shumen University "Episkop Konstantin Preslavski." The book addresses a pressing issue of our time - the impact of humans on the environment. Assoc. Prof. Vasileva proposes one approach to addressing this problem - the creation of protected areas. In addition to their conservation functions, these areas also play an important role in tourism, offering opportunities to experience natural and preserved environments.

The first part explains the essence and significance of protected areas, their legal regulation and management, as well as international cooperation in this field. In the town of Solin (Croatia), from 13 to 17 November 2024, with a wealth of initiatives and various cultural events taking place in the town of Solin, once the ancient Salona, near Diocletian’s city of Split , and this year, for the 15th time in a row, three international tourist film festival, landscape events was held:
All three events, are members and partners of world associations; travel, tourism film, tourism journalism, landscape, ecology and sustainable development; FIJET, FEST, ITCO, CiB.
