FIJET Bratislava Presstrip
Lilia Popova from ABIJET, Editor-in-Chief of The Woman Today magazine, visited Bratislava as part of FIJET presstrip, hosted by Bratislava Tourist Board and FIJET Slovakia, September 26-29.
Journalists, members of FIJET from Croatia, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria and Morocco had the wonderful opportunity to walk around the old city of Bratislava and visit its main historical places; to enjoy the view of the beautiful Slovak capital from the 86-meters-high UFO tower with a sky walk outside it; to enjoy the delicious local cuisine in fancy restaurants; to create sweets in a local candy craft shop; to visit one of the best known museums of modern art – Danubiana Meulensteen Art Museum , situated on an island near Bratislava; to have fun with a real rafting in Wild Water area.
The journalists visited also Red Stone Castle, Vineyard Renaissance House and enjoyed a wonderful wine safari with tasting of variety of wonderful local wines. They also had a chance to visit a local fair in Modra, dedicated to the wine harvest and the first product of the wineries – the so called Burchak – a grape juice with a very low alcoholic content.
