FIJET Academy for the Young Travel Journalists starts in Bucharest
This year’s edition of FIJET Academy for the Young Travel Journalists welcomed to Bucharest participants from eight countries yesterday. From July, 23rd to July, 30th they will exchange experience during the modules, which will take place in more than ten cities and tourist centers in Romania.
The dense program is organized by FIJET Romania’s President, Stefan Baciu and prof. Grabriela Tigu from Bucharest University of Economic Studies. They will take the young journalists to Sibiu (European Capital of Culture 2007), Alba Julia, Rimetea, Hateg, Targu Jiu, Hobita (birthplace of the prominent Romanian sculptor, Constantine Brankusi), etc. The topics of the educational lectures include preserving the cultural, historical and architectural heritage, food and wine culture, and traditional villages in Transylvania.
