Фотоусещане
За своя проект „Фотоусещане“ Сава Чапанов получи финансиране по програма „Творчески инициативи“ на Национален фонд "Култура" 
Същността на проекта е създаване на електронна секция ФОТОУСЕЩАНЕ, на която ще бъдат качени и качвани и в бъдеще авторски фотографии на Сава Чапанов, както и представяния на други артисти.
Проектът е нов културен продукт /фотографско изкуство/ в дигитална среда. Няма ограничения за пространство и време.
Творбите на артистите във ФОТОУСЕЩАНЕ са в отделни подсекции: Природа, Документалистика и репортажи, Портрети, Художествена фотография, Пътешествия, Културно-исторически паметници. В Галерия авторите се представят с по няколко творби. Помислено е и за начинаещите – има кратък курс за първите стъпки във фотографията.
В Пътешествия се представят фотографите, които пътуват и виждат света през своя обектив. На пишещите също е предоставена възможност да изява. В Културно-исторически паметници са значими за българската история и култура места, като Царевец, Мезек, Русокастро Стария Пловдив, Цари Мали град, Копривщица и др.
ФОТОУСЕЩАНЕ е отворено пространство за общуване не само в границите на фотографията, но и в сферата на историята, културата, бита, традициите, фолклора.
